However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Shipping confirmation
If your automated shipping confirmation email is sent before 4.30pm Monday to Friday, Royal Mail will collect the parcel that day. Any orders where the shipping confirmation is sent after this time will be collected on the next working day.
